Yes, if the Voice Adapter is directly connected to your cable or ADSL modem (the Voice Adapter is therefore placed between the modem and the router). Then you can build your network behind the Voice Adapter in any way you want. The Voice Adapter works in principle with nearly all types of routers. There are however some routers that are not supported by the Voice Adapter. You can find a list of these routers on the next question.

Can I see the Voice Adapter manual?

How do I use your service with my mobile phone?
If you use our service manually with your mobile phone, you will first call an access number. Our service will recognize your mobile phone number (as you have registered it with us) so you never need to enter a code. Then you dial your out of state or international number you wish to call. You can automate the process so that you do not need to dial an access number. To do this you need to learn how to enable your phone to dial extensions along with speed dial. While every mobile phone is different, the basic principle is the same and you should be able to figure out how to setup your phone by following this Blackberry example:

When entering the access number into the "new address" or "enter address" screen, type in the access number, press the track wheel, choose, add Pause from the menu that appears, and then add the number to be dialed, followed by the "#" sign. With most other PDA's and cell phone you add a pause by placing the letter "p" or " , " ( comma) between the numbers to be dialed (If you have sharp eyes, note the Add Wait menu option, which is a variation on the easy way to dial phone extensions feature. Adding a pause tells your BlackBerry to dial the extension number for you - after a two-second delay - whenever you want it to. Adding a wait lets your BlackBerry know that it's time to call up the Extension Dialog screen, which prompts you to enter the extension number.) When you finish entering the contact information you want, press the track wheel, scroll, and click Save.

For example: Let's say you have an international contact, John Doe, in Brazil and his phone number is 011.55.21.12345678 and that your local NationPhone access number is 914.8764321. Simply choose to add an extra number to that contact, copy and paste the access number, insert a pause and then the international number follow by a #. Your contact would look something like this:

John Doe Mobile: 011.55.21.12345678 Work 2*: 914.8764321p011.55.21.12345678#

The "p" above works for many phone types and is used here instead of the PAUSE button on the blackberry.

How do I use your service with my iPhone?
Having a hard time finding the "pause" button on your phone screen? After entering your access number, simply press and hold the "*" key and a comma will appear. This will accomplish the same function as a pause button. After the comma has appeared in your dial string, enter the full phone number of the person you wish to call and push "call." 19143737346p01133223346#

Also, the iPhone does not save extensions to phone numbers under the "Recent Calls" tab in the Phone application, so any character after the access number is lost. To avoid having to retype the entire long string back in everytime you want to remote dial someone, simply press the small icon below the "*" key; the one that looks like a small person with a "+". That will prompt you to either create a new contact, or add the number to an existing entry. To save time, consider adding the long international string to the address book. Whenever you want to call that person, just tap the entry and the iPhone will do the rest, including placing the comma/ pause. You will also be able to differentiate the international string quite easily from local numbers because of its' length.
